Although our operation is based in Orange County, we can trace our origin back to Portland, OR. The annual Oregon Brewers Festival inspired a love and passion for quality beer. We kept bringing home this mindset year after year until we finally decided to follow our ambitions. We felt what better way to support the craft of microbrewing than to contribute our own blood, sweat, and beers. Thus, the beginning of Ambitious Ales. Ambitious Ales is a personal endeavor into the world of microbrewing. Our operation consists of 5 friends who seek to contribute to the culture, image, and selection of craft beer.
